Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at support@beamulya.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@beamulya.com.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used beauty and skincare products
  • Sale items or products purchased with a discount code
  • Gift cards
  • Items not in original packaging

As skincare products are personal care items, we strongly recommend checking product details and ingredients before purchase. If you have any questions about a product's suitability for your skin, contact us before ordering.

Exchanges The fastest way to get the right product is to return your item and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Contact us at support@beamulya.com to initiate.

European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition — unused, with tags, in original packaging — and you'll need proof of purchase.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@beamulya.com.
